WHAT IS RESPONSIVE WEBSITE DESIGN?

Responsive website design (RWD) is a web design approach aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices (from mobile phones to desktop computer monitors).

Responsive website design is an investment which saves you money in the long run. For example if there is a need to update or add content later, then you won’t have to change it for a mobile device separately. Making maintenance easier & more cost effective.

HOW ARE MONTHLY PAYMENTS TAKEN?

All our payments are taken via our partner company GoCardless.

GoCardless are regulated as an Authorised Payment Institution by the Financial Conduct Authority and serve more businesses than any other Direct Debit provider.

This also means all our clients are fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Using the GoCardless online tool we will issue a request for authorisation to take a Direct Debit payments in just 2 clicks.

GoCardless will then email a link to their payment authorisation page. To authorise – click the link and complete the secure checkout. Once authorised, we will start to take payments.

HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

1. Simply choose 1 of the 3 website plans.
2. Email us via the chosen website plan button ‘Choose (Essential/Professional/Executive) Plan’.
3. We will then call/email you to discuss your requirements in more detail.
4. A quarterly in advance payment request will be made via GoCardless. GoCardless are regulated as an Authorised Payment Institution by the Financial Conduct Authority and serve more businesses than any other Direct Debit provider.
6. Text content and images may be requested. We can advise and guide you with this if required.
5. Your site will then be built on a development platform for your initial approval.
6. Once your feedback has been received, 1 set of amendments will be made for your final approval.
7. Your website goes live and your business starts receiving the rewards of having a fully responsive website presence.

CAN I UPGRADE MY WEB PLAN TO ADD MORE PAGES?

You can upgrade your website plan at anytime. Just email us with a short description of your application, and we’ll get right back to you.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR?

Websites For Work agreement plans are for an initial term of thirty six months and shall continue thereafter on a rolling basis, subject always to termination in accordance with its terms. If you wish make an upfront payment in full these terms will be reduced to 24 months and shall continue thereafter on a rolling basis.
